Please carefully review the following information to avoid delays in processing your registration.
Registration ends June 12, 2017. There will be no on-site registration. All registration dates will end at 12 midnight Pacific Time.
Early Bird: January 31, 2017 – March 10, 2017
Regular: March 11, 2017 – May 11, 2017
Late: May 12, 2017 – June 12, 2017
Boule registrations should be completed by online payment OR faxed Credit Card Authorizations ONLY! Anyone who wishes to attend the 2017 Special Boule must complete and sign an official registration form, if faxed. Mailed registration forms will not be accepted. Sigmas and Philos, please note that you must be a financial member in good standing in order to register and attend the Boule.
The Payment Plan is only available via online registration and allows the registration price to be made in three (3) equal payments of $116.67 for alumnae and $83.34 for undergraduates. Payment plan registration is billed at the Regular Registration period rate. Any registration received via fax or mail requesting the payment plan will remain unprocessed and will be sent back to the member. Payment #1 will be deducted from your credit card at the time of registration. Payment #2 will be automatically drafted 30 days after the initial payment from the credit card used to register. Payment #3 will be automatically drafted 30 days after Payment #2 from same credit card. If any payment information should change, please contact the International Corporate Headquarters to verify the information on file. If a recurring payment declines, it is the responsibility of the registrant to contact the International Corporate Headquarters within 5 business days of receiving the declined payment email, or their registration is forfeited. All payments are non-refundable.
Type or print clearly with a dark pen and complete all sections of the form. When completing the form online make sure that you complete all lines of the fillable form. Tickets are not issued for workshops, however, confirmations will be provided prior to the boule. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Use one form per registrant.
Full payment must accompany your registration unless you choose to use the payment plan. Credit Cards are the only accepted form of payment. The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Until a form of payment is received and receipted, registration will not be confirmed.
Online Registration at www.sgrho1922.org: This method allows for debit card, credit card, and prepaid card. A service fee of $5.00 will be charged.
Mailed registration will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be completed via the online CANCELLATION/REFUND REQUEST form. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Cancellation requests received before March 31, 2017 will be assessed an administrative fee of $75.00. Cancellations received between April 1, 2017 and June 12, 2017 will be assessed an administrative fee of $100.00. Requests received after June 12, 2017 are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued 60 days after the Boule.
BADGE/REGISTRATION MATERIAL PICK UP & VOTING
Your badge and registration materials will be held for you at the registration desk. You will be the only person allowed to pick up your registration materials. (Note special provisions will be made for senior registrants to pick up materials.) Please be prepared to show a government issued photo identification (driver’s license, state identification, passport, etc.) to receive your materials. For voting purposes, you will be required to show your government issued identification as well as your conference identification badge indicating your voting status.
